Kingsknowes Hotel is close to the idyllic market town of Kelso, set on the rivers Teviot and the Tweed, and is the home of National Hunt Racing. Kelso Racecourse is a fun, family-friendly destination for a day trip and a magnet for tourists from around the world. Kelso racecourse stages thirteen jumps fixtures during the season from October through until May.
The racecourse offers many local events such as: the Border Union Agricultural Show; Championship Dog Show and the British Motorcycle Federation Rally.
